Before launching Geffner Productions, Jaime spent 5 years as a TV producer on the hit daytime talk show Dr. Phil. Her background directing talent, managing high-stakes production timelines, and crafting compelling on-camera narratives shapes every client project. Jaime leads with big picture vision, heart, clarity, and a deep commitment to helping clients tell impactful stories that connect and convert, while establishing a powerful and lasting brand message.
Steve Geffner, President & Co-Founder
Steve began his TV production career on the Emmy Award-winning NBC sitcom Frasier after earning his degree in Radio/TV/Film from Northwestern University. He brings a unique blend of technical mastery, genius-level execution, and excellent creative direction to every video project. Steve’s role is equal parts producer, master editor, quality controller, and customer experience champion — ensuring the finished product is always polished, powerful, and on point.
