Geffner Productions

Request for Your Company Logo, Fonts,
Website URL, Current Graphics, and YouTube Channel Login Info

As we move into the final stages of the editing process for your video project, we need a few things from you in order to complete the post-production process.

Keep in mind that we won’t be able to finalize and/or upload your finished videos or custom graphics files until we have these elements. So, the sooner the better on getting them to us, especially if you’re in a hurry to get your videos or custom graphics completed and uploaded, so you can start using and sharing them ASAP.

Please upload all of the below elements to a shared Dropbox folder or Google Drive, and share the folder with Steve@GeffnerProductions.com.

If you are sharing fonts, login info or any other notes about the elements you’re sending, please email the information to Steve@GeffnerProductions.com.

#1 – YOUR LOGO:

First, we need your company logo. Please save it and share it as follows:

• As a PNG file, with no background, 2,000 pixels wide

• Alternatively, if your logo was created using Adobe Illustrator (AI) or Photoshop (PSD), you can send either of those files, and we can re-size your logo to meet our needs

#2 – YOUR FONTS:

If your logo contains your company name and/or tagline, please let us know the names of the fonts used. This will allow us to create other graphics for you that match the feel of your existing design elements.

If the fonts used are custom made for you, or not standard fonts that are readily available, then please send the font files to us, so we have the ability to download them and use them in your videos or graphics.

#3 – YOUR WEBSITE URL:

Please confirm with us the website URL that you want on screen at the end of your finished videos, or on the end screen of your custom graphics.

• Since your video(s) will be used/seen in a lot of different places online, this should more than likely be whatever your main website URL is.

• FYI, we will need to take a look at your website(s) in order to create custom graphics for your videos based on your brand colors & design. So in the case that your website is still being built, but is not LIVE to the public yet, please send us access to the back end of your site, so that we can see what it looks like, and design graphics for your videos that are in alignment with the look and feel of your new site.

#4 – ANY OTHER RELEVANT ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS:

If there is any other artwork or graphics that have been created for your brand (besides your logo), then we’ll need access to those as well, so we can add them to your videos and/or create custom graphics for your videos based on the colors and design of the graphics that have already been created for you.

You are welcome to connect us directly with your website designer, graphic designer, or anyone else who is taking care of this for you, and we will request the elements we need directly from them.

#5 – YOUR YOUTUBE, VIMEO OR WISTIA CHANNEL LOGIN INFO:

If we are creating finished videos for you and will be uploading them to a video hosting platform for you, then we will need access to the backend of your YouTube, Vimeo, or Wistia channel in order to upload your video(s) there for you, so that you can start to share them via email, embed them on your website(s), put them in your email signature, etc.

To do this step for you, we need your YouTube, Vimeo, or Wistia channel login information, which is:

• The login email address associated with the channel

• The password associated with that specific email address

If you don’t have a YouTube channel yet, and you don’t know how to set one up, please check out this tutorial video which walks you step-by-step through the process of setting up a brand new YouTube channel.

Alternatively, if you don’t want us to upload your videos to a video hosting platform for you, either because you don’t want to share your login info, or because someone else on your team has that part covered, we are happy to simply share the files with you via Dropbox, and you can download them and then upload them wherever you want, on your own.
