Phase 3: CONVERT2018-08-19T03:09:44+00:00

Project Description

Phase 3: CONVERT

Sales

Where Phase 3 connects with the Relationship Analogy:

Phase 3: CONVERT: Let’s Get Married

Now that you’ve been nurturing prospects along for a while, and they know you’re here to help, they know you care, they know you’re smart and have the info they need – now it’s time to let them know about the SPECIFIC SOLUTIONS you have to their specific problems and challenges. This phase is all about providing solutions and giving them an opportunity to SAY YES, to go deeper and further, to truly get the help and relief they need to solve their problem once and for all. They now have an opportunity to work with you – are they going to take it, or not? Are they going to continue to stay in pain, or do they truly want transformation? Make the right offer, at the right time, to the right person, in the right way, at the right price, and they WILL say yes.

“Completing the video gave me more confidence in my ability to communicate with my prospects about my service. I knew what I was doing, but saying it out loud to the camera was another story.”

Lori Michiel, Personal Senior Fitness Trainer

“Jaime & Steve made it so easy for me to be able to get my message out to the people I’m trying to reach.
I highly recommend that you work with them.”

Keri Newell, Communication Magic With Men

Phase 3 Video Examples:

Launch and market your new book through a video. The goal is to get people to buy the book.

Either with or without a main interview where the event host/creator, talks about the event: what it is, who it’s for, how it helps. You can also share testimonials and b-roll footage from an event to attract an audience for the next big event. The goal is to fill seats!
Also know as the Speaker Example Video, if they don’t have multiple speaking engagements. Show your experience and expertise as a seasoned speaker. The goal is to get hired/booked for future speaking engagements.
Explaining what the offer is, who it’s for, what problem it solves, and making a request for them to say yes to a purchase, or a call to learn more. You would find this video on the offer/sales page and it engages the viewer more than reading the sales page. They may watch the video, but not read the page… or they may watch the video, then read the page for clarification or more detail. The main goal is to connect with them through the video so they get the need, the urgency, the fact that you care, and that you’re a real person. This video is intended to either get them to BUY or get them to agree to take the next step, like having a 1-on-1 sales call or conversation with you.
It is used on your website, on the different product/services pages. Here’s what this service is. Explain the services you offer so they get the differences, the value, become interested and excited to learn more about that service, and are ready to say YES to the service. Also, explain other services you offer beyond what they just bought… or in conjunction with their first purchase… heading towards retainment.
What is this product? Who is it for? What are the benefits? How do I buy it? Give them the opportunity to make a purchase right after watching the video.
If you say yes right now, here’s what you get! It’s an extra incentive to close the deal quickly.

A video with either with an interview & testimonials or just testimonials. Also known as the Event Promo Video, it’s about the experience of the program and the results people get (think of an event host selling their program from the stage, using a video to share testimonials and demonstrate clear social proof).

Introduce your product and ask your viewers to invest in your project via a crowdfunding campaign on sites like Kickstarter or Indiegogo.

Review a piece of equipment that you use and that others may want to use as well. Provide an affiliate link for another source of revenue.

You’re here for one appointment but you can connect with the product/service/company and get interested in other services we offer as well. This will keep you on as a client/customer for a longer time, and easily introduce you to more services and procedures that you may not have known about before, or may not have known that we offer.

When it comes to using video, consistency is key; video is a process, not an event. You have to use it regularly and in sequence over time (i.e. in a funnel) to get any REAL long-term results.

Build Relationships, Create Brand-Loyalty, Grow Your Business

Phase 5: GROW

This is where you leverage your existing fans, followers, clients, and customers to help you expand your reach, and take your business to the next level (Referrals)

Video can be used powerfully in many different phases of the customer journey, not just one (that’s why we created Relationship-Based Video Marketing Formula to use video in all 5 areas: brand awareness, lead generation, sales, retention, and referrals) – and if you’re not paying attention to any one of those phases, you’re missing out on business you could be getting and keeping.
